Unfortunately, the ingredients are very stingy ... The staff has a very poor command of the German language, something that does not belong to the customer, everything has to be repeated several times. The parking situation on site is a rip-off by PAC (Park and Control). Even with a few people in front of you, it takes a long time before you can eat. But only when someone is behind the counter, you often come in and nobody is there and you wait for minutes. Conclusion: taste ok, price / performance leaves a lot to be desired ...
Was very good - sometimes a subway where the staff are not overwhelmed if you want to bake onions with cheese
Used the delivery service of this branch for the first and last time !! Ordered an hour ago, delivery time should be 7.15 p.m. We got a call at 7:17 p.m., it was delayed by 40 minutes, so a total waiting time of over 1 1/2 hours. When asked whether the order could be canceled, we got the answer, "No, that is not possible because everything is online". Very annoying if you have to scrape together a minimum order value of 20 euros and then add a delivery fee of 2.50 euros, you should at least be able to expect punctual delivery. FOR THE LAST TIME M Addendum: after 1 hour and 50 minutes I received another call from the branch, the driver would be stuck in a traffic jam, it takes at least another hour. So it stops somewhere !! 3 h for two sandwiches ? I received an email from the branch management relatively soon, with an apology and explanation for the inconvenience and a voucher for the next order. The friendly staff on the phone and by e-mail is the only reason why I still give 3 stars and no less.

The subway was okay, the parking lot rip-off policy is a no-go for me. If there was less than half a minute, the inspector for the parking disc came (30 € fine if forgotten, luckily a colleague reminded him). As a result, a star deduction - would like to deduct more, but would be unfair to Subway.
I have been visiting this branch for 12 years and have always been satisfied so far. Unfortunately, the parking lot in front of the subway has recently been operated by Park & Control PAC GmbH. Since then I can only strongly advise against using the parking lot and this subway branch.
Top! This branch is particularly good. The boss has everything under control. Quality is always right. Everything was clean, always tasty and above all fresh. You also have to say thank you :-) You do that class! Thank you!!!
Unfortunately an unfriendly shift supervisor (Leek with glasses) who says he's already finished work, although it's still open for 3 hours. Very stingy with ingredients, you won't get such bad subs anywhere else. We've been there several times now and it's the same every time. Not to be recommended. If the owner knew what the shift supervisor was doing, he would probably not be employed for much longer. This is business-damaging behavior!

Park & Control attacked € 30 because I was on the subway for 20 minutes and forgot the parking disc. I will boycott from now on. Anyone can put a parking disc in their vehicle and could, however, elsewhere and for the "dear" managers of Park & Control it would not even be understandable. Impossible and therefore acquire several million euros every year ....
Subs were good but the bar area was clean. Everything filthy, the cutting boards were partly covered with black cuts. Since we are working with food here, it shouldn't look like this!
Was hungry. The distance rules are not taken seriously by the visitors, I waited on a special waiting line, quickly pushed three more men inside. There where the order was placed was a tightly packed crowd of 5 people. The staff wasn't interested. I was spoken to from the cash register, in the third row, what I would like. I then said I would wait for there to be space and distance again, and people looked confused. Then ordered, unfortunately too early, because after that I saw what it looked like in the counter for the chips. It is only filled so that you don't see the dirt. And that wasn't from today. When paying, as an eater here, the data was filled in, during which someone standing behind me was served over my back. That can not be. Here the staff should be trained more urgently about the distances and rules to be observed and about cleanliness. Sales is one thing, even if it's a fast food restaurant. We are now living in difficult times. But the fact that the staff is so ignorant makes me think. And it now takes a little longer to enter data. My sandwich was made quickly and ready, but since some had to be entered beforehand, it was just so long that it was almost cold again. Since I have also registered and there were 2 groups in front of me but only one, this is probably not taken so seriously. Even if one or the other is known there personally. And that in the Stuttgart area, which can also be described as a metropolitan area. No go. I like the whole mask and not particularly about it. But out of respect and to protect others, I stick to it wherever it is necessary.
We have been here 2-3 times and disappointed every time. Either there was what we didn't want or a surcharge was charged for a different type of meat than the one listed in the menu (which, incidentally, we received with other subways at no extra charge). In addition, I had to pay the original price for my Tomato-Wrap, although she did not have the wrap in stock as listed in the menu, instead I received a perfectly normal wrap! The filling is also extremely saved, which is an absolute cheek. I had to say several times if she could put a little more than three scraps of onion or three leaves of spinach on top. Incredible! They are slowly on top! One person works, the other stands there pointless. So we won't be back until something changes here!
After about 20 minutes of waiting and complete ignorance of the lazy employees, we decided to go to eat elsewhere .. absolute cheek that one of the employees is only standing behind the counter with his arms crossed and doing absolutely nothing, although the line reached to the door .. seems to be too cool to be ..
3 people in front of me and everyone has only ordered a sub. Still, it took 15 minutes for my sub to finish. A big compliment to the 3 operators behind the counter ?
Although there was a lot going on, after a second person finally came to the counter. Eden was good. However, very annoying that the subs are not packed inside, so much fell out.

Sandwich and service were good as usual. The distance rules can not be adhered to in the built-in waiting area. You should think about something and improve it!

How can you not love Google Maps? It is so easy to find things you like to do in an area you don’t know! In a short stay for a meeting I needed some lunch... subway around the corner. Very nice and helpful staff! For sure the sandwichens was also great! Thanks!

Great service and location.
Typical subway. Very well attended. If possible avoid 12:00 noon in the long queue. 30min waiting time easily possible. Food could sometimes be warmer, especially the poultry selection. Tip: let it warm up in the microwave before grilling - delicious!
Subway has always been my favourite! Chicken Teriyaki is my recommendation!

There are a lot of stereotypes for "fast-food" restaurants, however this store is even fresher than any other subway store I know. The food is awesome and fresh and clean, the staff is extremely nice and courteous.
You can only eat too much of subway. Prefer the subway in Europe than Kenya. Europe has more quantities
